Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Using Frontdeskly
Frontdeskly lets a business connect a Facebook Page and knowledge base so an AI can answer customer messages on Messenger, and optionally collect booking requests. By creating an account or connecting a Page, you agree to these terms.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the authority to connect and manage the Facebook Page you link.
- Knowledge you upload should be accurate — the AI answers customers based on what you provide, and you're responsible for keeping it correct and up to date.
- You're responsible for reviewing and confirming booking requests collected on your behalf; Frontdeskly passes along what a customer provides but doesn't verify it.
- You won't use the service to send spam, deceptive, or unlawful messages.
AI-generated answers
Replies are generated by an AI model grounded in the knowledge you provide. While the system is designed to avoid inventing information it doesn't have, you remain responsible for reviewing your knowledge base and conversations, and for correcting any customer-facing errors.
Billing
Paid plans are billed as described at /pricing. Trials, where offered, are subject to usage limits disclosed in your dashboard. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your billing settings.
Service availability
Frontdeskly is provided "as is." We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions or AI-generated content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
